Below is the link to download the application to be considered for the MABAS Division 32 Special Operations Teams. Applicants are encouraged to read the entire application, along with the directive that pertains to the discipline for which the application is being made.
The application is form fillable to allow the applicant to type all information into the document, and then print the application for signatures.
Once completed, the application can be given to a MABAS Division 32 Board Member, or can be submitted to the MABAS Division 32 Operations Center at 329 Hazel Avenue, Belleville, IL 62223.
